omg today was soo cool! Even though it was small, but it was fun!! lots of teams got mad at us though.. sad. so wut's the BATH part for? and wut's the surprise?
The tests are up now, under the "My Tests" section (they weren't solely written by me, but most of the questions were). Credit goes to Justin, Edward, QC, Evan, and anyone else (might as well go with the whole Bellevue Math Club) who wrote some of those questions.
considering that there was a -3 penalty for wrong answer and only a +1 for each correct answer (and -1 for blank)...There was only ONE participant in the entire competition with positive score!! so it wasn't that retarded either, i thought it was "brilliant"! :D

ReplyDeleteSo I'm guessing there were alot of perfects?
ReplyDelete#1 is really hard :(
ReplyDeleteThere was only one positive score on the Individual Test and that was Mr. Hesterberg (20 points).
ReplyDeleteThe problems are really awesome.
ReplyDeletePretty much. =P
ReplyDelete#18: "It is March 14th. What do you do?"
ReplyDeleteWhat's the correct answer? I tried to brute force it but it didn't work.
Brute force it? o_O You celebrate pi day, of course... (also accepted was "eat pie").

ReplyDeletewill the scavenger hung problems be up too?
ReplyDeleteUmm, I don't have them. If Justin sends them to me, I can put them up - he basically wrote them all, too, so they aren't exactly "My Tests."
ReplyDeletefreshmenz, how is he supposed to know if he knows you?
ReplyDeletei'm a freshmen at bellevue high, having the "z" at the end, my identity should be self explanitory if he does know me.
ReplyDeleteim neither from bellevue nor im amir (?).
